The high speed precision Machining Centre model P60-V2 perfectly combines dynamics and accuracy. The 10,500 Kg. machine structure is design to give high stability during machining operations. To this end, the structure has an internal thermal stabilisation system.
The large diameter, fine pitch ballscrews, also have a temperature controlled cooling system.
Positioning accuracy and absolute speed control are assured by means of linear glass scales and servomotors with 16,000,0000 pulses per revolution. These features combine w¡th a high power CNC control, ensure the whole machine package is extremely accurate. |
